My name is Ethan Doble. I am the new head teacher at Zion Lutheran School here in Valentine. I was called here to fill these positions after graduating from Martin Luther College in New, Ulm, Minnesota. I spent most of my life growing up with my family in Michigan. I lived with my mom and dad along with my two younger sisters and younger brother. In my free time, I enjoy hunting, fishing, sports, and any other outdoor activities. I am extremely excited about this year as both my students and I grow in God’s Word and our learning.

Hi, I’m Thad Flitter and I serve as pastor at Zion. I was born in Mankato, MN and grew up in Groton, SD. I attended and graduated high school at Great Plains Lutheran in Watertown, SD. I attended and then graduated from Martin Lutheran College and, from there, finished my formal education and graduating from Wisconsin Lutheran Seminary in Mequon, WI. With our daughters, Ellie and Piper, my wife Abby and I enjoy cooking, watching movies, and the Green Bay Packers (and sports in general for me). I truly am privileged to be able to share the love of Jesus in such a public, unique way as pastor here at Zion in Valentine.
